Life was very difficult for me. I had to have a lifestyle coach and mentors who were very familiar with ADHD to help me jump over those hurdles.
My advice is be yourself, be an outside thinker, and to see ADHD as a gift and not a curse.
The most important people who have been there have been God, my mother, and a few friends who really care.
An accomplishment I’m very proud of is that I have written and self published a motivational and inspirational self-help book based on my life experiences and challenges with ADHD. It looks at how I was viewed by society and what I've done to overcome all the challenges and limitations that society tried to place on my life.

I was born and raised in High Point, North Carolina and diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder at a very young age. Growing up in the inner city, I endured many hardships, including being denied job opportunities and being shunned, ridiculed and tormented on a daily basis due to the disorder – something that continued into my adulthood. Despite everything I’ve faced, I’ve kept my faith and turned to God for help.
In January 2013 I was baptized, and from that point on my mission has been to inspire and bring hope to many people from all walks of life, and encourage them to reach their full potential despite roadblocks, setbacks, hardships, limited thinking, and circumstances.
